Personal Information

Indeed Décor only collects personal information from you when you request our products and only uses the information collected to provide those products to you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information. This information is used for processing and shipping your order. Indeed Décor handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

Third Parties

Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of Indeed Décor, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf: however Indeed Décor’s affiliates (such as our credit card company) do not have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service or product.

Security

To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and improper use of your information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect the information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.

Shipping

Normally we are able to ship within 5 days of confirmation of payment. If for any reason we will not be able to ship within 1 week of confirmation of payment, we will attempt to contact you and confirm when shipment will be made. If the timeline is not satisfactory to you, we will offer full refund of your confirmed payment. Shipping on all international orders will be handled on an individual basis.  Customers will be contacted by e- mail with shipping and handling charges and timeline details for their approval prior to finalizing the sale. Some large items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous U.S. Please call customer service (855) 856 2188 if you are placing and international order, as it must be calculated on an order-by-order basis.

Backorders

Since Indeed Decor does not hold a physical inventory stock of our items, please be advised that some of our products may be out-of-stock or back-ordered per the individual manufacturing company with which we order our products.  We will attempt to notify you as soon as you place an order if an item isn’t available or of its backordered ship-date. For backordered items we make every attempt to provide the most accurate date of shipment. However these dates are subject to change.

Larger Items

Larger or bulky items requiring specialized delivery may take longer. Heavy or oversized items may require a surcharge. Some oversized or heavy items must be delivered by motor freight. Driver will call to arrange an appointment for delivery. Some large items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous U.S. Please call customer service (855) 856 2188 if you are placing and international order, as it must be calculated on an order-by-order basis.

Return Policy

On all custom items the sale is final unless cancelled before it goes into production.

Return Policy
Refunds of the merchandise value or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging. *Please note that the artisanal handcrafted nature of the products may result in subtle variances in color, size, and finish. Products kept over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Indeed Décor will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly.
Damage Policy
Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damages or defects within 48 hours. We understand damages and defects may occur and we apologize for the inconvenience. Artisans from around the world handcraft many of our products – there will be variations in color, size, and finish. We believe these irregularities give the pieces character and are part of the design, which enhance the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. If your product arrives damaged we require detailed photographs of the damage along with original proof of purchase. Product damage claim must be made within 48 hours of receiving such product to qualify for a replacement. Indeed Decor will attempt to replace the item in a reasonable timeframe at no charge. Items returned and deemed to have no damage or defect will incur a 20% restocking fee per item along with freight to and from customer address. All original boxes and packing material must be retained to have your damage claim processed.
Warranty
Indeed Decor only offers warranties for certain products. Some products such as custom made products, hand-made items (which are inherently imperfect), or vintage cannot be claimed under warranty. Additionally, many of our products are purposefully distressed and chipping, flaking, rusting and cracks are built into the products and cannot be claimed as defects. Rugs are warranted against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the original purchase date. We may choose to repair or replace at its discretion without charge. Claims for damage to rugs arising from negligence or improper cleaning will not be fulfilled. Proof of original purchase and photograph are required. Customer’s cost for the rug constitutes the maximum liability that will be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.

Handmade & Vintage Items

We sell many handmade and hand-painted items. Like the hands that make them, each piece varies. So the piece we deliver to your door will not match the one you see in the picture exactly, but that’s what makes it special. Our vintage pieces are real antiques, or bench made replicas from reclaimed wood and recycled parts, which means that each item is unique in its own way. Accordingly, expansion or shrinkage, small cracks, and wood imperfections are inherent qualities of these products. Variation in consistency, uniformity, size, and color are indeed what makes them unique, natural, and exclusive.
